ROB WERGEPresident and Chief Executive Officer

Rob Werge is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadence, leading full-service contract manufacturing solutions of medical and drug delivery devices and specialty commercial products for OEM customers worldwide. He has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing processing and contract manufacturing industry, with a focus on custom products in a business-to-business environment.

Rob's career began at Nypro, a contract manufacturer of precision plastic products for healthcare and other markets. He held positions in operations and preproduction with a focus on automation, tooling, program management, and lean manufacturing during the first part of his tenure at Nypro. Rob eventually moved into business development, becoming Global Business Unit manager for the Consumer/Industrial markets, and then VP of Sales for the Americas region. He also led Nypro’s Consumer/Electronics business in the Americas region, and later assumed responsibility for the India operations. Most recently, Rob spent the past seven years as Vice President and General Manager at Phillips-Medisize, leading the commercial business unit.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and later attended Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.

KEN CLEVELANDChief Financial Officer

Ken Cleveland is the Chief Financial Officer at Cadence. He is responsible for leading Cadence's finance team and key supporting functions such as information technology, capital management, mergers and acquisitions, audit management, and investor relations. He has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, specifically in manufacturing.

Ken joined Cadence in 1996 as Controller, and later became the Chief Financial Officer. He earned an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

MATT LANGTONVice President, Sales

Matt Langton is Cadence’s Vice President of Sales, providing executive leadership and strategic direction to a team of sales professionals to drive sales and build customer relationships globally. He has over 30 years of experience in contract manufacturing, building strategic customer relationships, creating business transformation, and driving organizational success by combining new business opportunities with innovative solutions.

Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

JON SPAETHVice President, Quality

Jon Spaeth is the Vice President of Quality at Cadence bringing 27 years of experience in contract manufacturing and over two decades of proven leadership. In his role, Jon ensures the highest standards of product and service quality through innovative quality assurance strategies and continuous improvement.

Throughout his career, Jon has successfully led strategic initiatives that have delivered double-digit improvements in both top and bottom-line growth, while fostering a culture focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and quality. His deep expertise in the medical device, diagnostics, and combination products sectors, along with his knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and cGMP, has made him a trusted leader in ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Jon holds an MBA in Manufacturing from the University of St. Thomas – Minnesota, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Technology–Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He is passionate about leading teams and driving transformative change throughout the organization.

ANDY BECKERVice President, Pre-Production

Andy Becker serves as the company's Vice President of Pre-Production. He is responsible for leading Cadence's Engineering team - driving innovation, quoting, project execution, and launching of new products into manufacturing. Andy also ensures that project deliverables, technical capabilities, and project leadership are aligned with our customers' expectations. He has over 30 years of contract manufacturing experience, ranging between operations leadership and engineering leadership in large multi-national organizations. The last half of his career has been focused on medical devices, surgical instruments, drug delivery devices, and medical diagnostics.

Andy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Josh HalmstadVice President, Operations

Josh Halmstad is Cadence’s Vice President of Operations. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and contract manufacturing, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, and he is responsible for leading the company's operational and supply chain excellence. Josh began his career in Engineering and NPI Management, and he has spent the past 12 years in plant management and executive global operations roles. His commitment to fostering productive teams and optimizing processes has resulted in significant achievements throughout his career.

Josh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, NTI Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and he later attended the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University’s program for Leadership Development.

KERI RANKINVice President, Human Resources

Keri Rankin is Vice President of Human Resources at Cadence. She leads the company's Human Resources functions, which includes compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, and performance management. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus in manufacturing.

Keri joined Cadence in 2011, and she has been able to grow and expand the Human Resources functions since then. She has a Master's of Education in Human Resource Development and a bachelor's degree in Business Management, both from James Madison University.
