Overmolding and Insert Molding
Overmolding, also known as insert molding, is a new capability for Cadence – Our newest 60-ton press has a two station rotary table configuration that is optimized for the manual or automated insert molding of sharps.
This insert molding capability is also known as overmolding and allows us to have full "in-house" and captive control of all of the downstream processes needed for completion of the sharp devices we produce.
