Cadence, Inc. hosts the Lead Virginia Class of 2011

Staunton, VA - June 22, 2011

Cadence, Inc. hosted the LEAD Virginia Class of 2011 during their three day visit to the Shenandoah Valley. LEAD Virginia is a nonprofit and non-partisan organization that educates proven leaders about regional differences, opportunities and challenges across the commonwealth. Participants meet with regional leaders to learn about assets and innovations unique to each region, best practices and how each region contributes to the whole of the commonwealth.

Peter Harris, CEO Cadence, Inc., spoke to the 2011 LEAD Virginia class about driving growth and the three main chapters of significant growth for Cadence since 1985. Peter welcomed many questions from the participants and emphasized the importance of a clear mission for companies. For Cadence that mission is “Improving patient outcomes”.

Following Peter’s speech Cadence employees took the LEAD Virginia Class of 2011 on a tour of Cadence’s Staunton facilities.
