Information about the Company's stock and financial results is communicated below as a means of informing current and potential shareholders how the Company and its stock are performing.

Company Ownership

Although Cadence, Inc. stock is not listed and traded on any of the national stock exchanges, the Company has more than 200 shareholders. Stock sales and purchases, although infrequent, occur routinely.

Historically, stock transactions have occurred by one of two methods:

Direct Sale - An individual buyer and seller find each other directly and a transaction occurs. In some cases, a buyer and/or seller made their intentions known to Company officials who assisted in connecting the two parties. Open offers to buy or sell known to the Company are also posted on this web site to assist parties in completing a desired transaction.
Broker-Assisted Sale - Scott & Stringfellow, a regional brokerage firm, has assisted both buyers and sellers interested in completing purchase or sale transactions. Questions about the possible purchase or sale of Cadence, Inc. shares using the broker-assisted method can be directed to:
