We are a premier metals manufacturing company that makes surgical device and diagnostic products better, period. We do this by improving total functionality as a Tier 1 Partner to major medical OEMs

We make surgical device and diagnostic products better. While other companies make parts, we make a difference!

We are focused on OEM surgical and diagnostic applications. Other suppliers often sell into many markets and lack focused medical expertise.
How do your products compare to others?
The scope of products that we currently offer or have under development is much broader than others. Many companies offer only wire or tube based products, but Cadence offers all of the shapes needed to provide the optimized solution. This includes flats, sheets, coils, wire, rod, tubes, and bars.
How do your services compare to others?
The scope of services that we currently offer or have under development is also much broader than others. Many companies have one main capability, such as precision grinding or electro-chemical pointing. As the Center of Excellence for cutting, piercing, and delivery systems, Cadence understands the market need to offer all of the required services to optimize the solution, such as precision grinding AND electro-chemical pointing AND sharpening / cutting edge generation.
Will Cadence make the whole surgical device?
Yes and No. Our focus is on the cutting, piercing, and delivery functionality. If the device is a simple over-molded tissue cutter, then we can provide the whole device. Most cutting and piercing devices are much more complex and we choose to allow the major assembly houses to provide those complete devices.
In most cases, we don't make the whole device, we simply make the cutting, piercing, and delivery functionality better! We DO offer value added services, such as laser welding and overmolding that enable us to provide sub-assemblies as a more "turn key" supplier.
Can you help me compare my component to my competitors and make mine better?
Yes. Our IncisionLab provides clients with competitive evaluations that compare properties and performance of similar components and evaluate and define the physical boundaries for IP compliance. All of this effort is focused on developing devices that will perform better and proving it with perfomance testing of surgical devices.
